- In case of theft or an accident, notify us so we can contact the estimator and file an official report, this is required for insurance purposes.
- Provide us with all the necessary information, including the police report, time, location, and any other relevant details.
- Depending on the insurance coverage included in your rental or any additional protection you selected, you may be responsible for an Excess or repair costs. We will explain the process clearly and guide you through the next steps.
