NN Rent a Car – Terms & Conditions (Summary)
The following is a brief summary of the main terms and conditions applicable to rentals with NN Rent a Car. It is provided for convenience and clarity.
- Driver eligibility:
Drivers must hold a valid driving license and meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the selected vehicle category. - Vehicle usage:
Vehicles must be used in accordance with Lebanese laws and NN Rent a Car policies. Any misuse, negligence, or unauthorized use may result in additional charges. - Payment & deposits:
Rental charges, deposits, and any applicable extras must be settled as agreed at the time of booking or vehicle pickup. - Insurance & liability:
Basic insurance coverage is included. The renter remains responsible for any damages, fines, or losses not covered by insurance. - Traffic violations & fines:
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, or violations incurred during the rental period. - Fuel policy:
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Refueling charges may apply if this condition is not met. - Vehicle return:
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location. Late returns may result in additional charges.
