What does a car with “on Request” status means?

A car listed as “On Request” means that the vehicle is not immediately available in our current fleet and requires manual confirmation. When you select a car with this status, our team will check availability and contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether it can be arranged for your requested dates. We recommend booking in advance for “On Request” vehicles to improve the chances of securing your preferred model.

Will I get the exact same rental car as shown at the time of booking?

While we do our best to provide the exact car shown at the time of booking, rental car reservations are based on vehicle category, not specific models. This means you’ll receive a car with similar features, size, and capacity as the one displayed (for example, same number of seats, luggage space, and transmission type). If the exact model is available at the time of pickup, we’ll gladly provide it.

Terms And Conditions

What are the main terms and conditions for renting a car with NN Rent a Car?

NN Rent a Car requires drivers to be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. The renter is responsible for fines, damages, fuel, and proper vehicle use. Accidents or theft must be reported within 24 hours, and misuse may result in additional charges.

Who is allowed to drive the rental car?

Only the renter and drivers officially listed and approved in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle. Allowing unauthorized drivers is a violation of the rental terms and may void insurance coverage.

What is the renter responsible for during the rental period?

The renter is responsible for fuel costs, traffic fines, cleaning fees if required, vehicle misuse, and any damage not covered by insurance. The car must be returned in the same condition it was received.

What happens if the rental car is damaged or involved in an accident?

In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify NN Rent a Car and the insurance company within 24 hours. Rental charges continue during repairs, and the renter may be liable for repair costs depending on the circumstances.

What happens if the rental car is stolen or declared a total loss?

If the vehicle is stolen or considered a total loss, the renter must pay 20% of the vehicle’s value based on its original purchase price. The incident must be reported to authorities and the rental company within 24 hours.

What insurance coverage is included with the rental?

Insurance covers up to $2,500 in medical expenses per injured passenger and up to $10,000 in compensation in case of death, limited to the number of registered seats. Any costs beyond insurance coverage are the renter’s responsibility.

What happens if I return the car late?

If the car is not returned at the agreed time, additional charges apply. Failure to return the vehicle after the contract ends may result in the car being considered stolen, allowing NN Rent a Car to retrieve it without prior notice.
